Book Review: O Great One! A Little Story About the Awesome Power of Recognition

I just finished this book a few hours ago. This book did not only teach me the power of recognition but also how to work with people from diverse social and cultural groups and situations.

I learned that the power of recognition will not only make a difference in our life but also other people who are being recognized. So, that why we should celebrate the big and small successes. Next, a good idea is still a good idea no matter where it comes from, so view everyone as a potential source. Last but not least, everyone wants to work for people who will help them achieve their potential.

What I learned above are a few tiny parts of this book. If you want to learn more regarding the power of recognition, don’t hesitate to read it.
